/ Arestalfer is a company with several decades of activity in the metal construction sector. Its core business is in the design, manufacture and assembly of metal structures and locksmithing in iron, stainless steel and aluminum mainly applied in construction and industry.

Currently, it has a covered area of approximately 8,000m2 distributed by several naves, these being equipped with lifting means and equipment suitable for the realization of metal structures and locksmiths.

Our

History

1982

Establishment of the company, which at the time was called Martinox - Manuel Tavares Martins.

1996

In 1996, it became part of the Martifer Group, being called Martins & Coutinho, Lda, which made it grow exponentially as of that year, with a progressive increase in the number of employees, area and industrial capacity.

2005

In 2005, in the policy segment of the Martifier group, a joint-stock company was incorporated and the company was named Martifier II Inox, SA, assuring all the stainless steel solutions of the Martifier group and lighter metallic structures.

2010

2010 was noteworthy for the geographical dispersion of its awarded works, with projects located in France, Morocco, Angola, Germany and Croatia, in addition to the domestic market.

2011

Arestalfer is a company whose corporate name was changed in July 2011, formerly known as Martifer II Inox, SA.

2014

Expansion of the Company – Establishment of Arestalfer France.

2016

In 2016 a share exchange operation was carried out, through which the company was 75% owned by BECOM, SGPS, S.A.

2018

The company has since consolidated its growth, following the increase of its turnover with new investments in facilities, equipment and training.​ In 2018, a new industrial warehouse was built and put into operation, which increased the company's productive capacity.
